Can we bring a specific workflow?
Absolutely. Bring a line review, assortment-planning process, regional adoption round, design review, sell-in cycle, or another decision point you want to improve. We’ll use it to tailor the walkthrough and show how VibeIQ could support the work. No data upload or setup is required for the first session.
Will you show our actual line in VibeIQ?
Not in the first session unless arranged in advance. We use your workflow, artifacts, and priorities to guide a live walkthrough of a representative product range. No data preparation or system access is required.
Does VibeIQ replace our PLM?
No. VibeIQ works alongside PLM and other systems already in place. For companies without PLM, agreed decisions can move directly into development. VibeIQ helps teams decide what makes the range and why; downstream systems manage what happens next.
Will our designers actually use it?
Designers can continue using the creative tools that work for them while using VibeIQ for briefs, concepts, iteration, reviews, and decisions. The goal is to remove surrounding manual work, not force a replacement workflow.
Who should join the call?
The people closest to the decision point you want to improve. That may include merchandising, design, product development, transformation, regional, or commercial teams. A small cross-functional group is often most useful.
How long until we would see value?
Many customers start with one product line, team, or workflow and go live in one to two months. Timing depends on scope, data readiness, systems, and workflow complexity. We can give you a practical assessment during the first conversation.
