Innovation, Collaboration, and Community in Nashville
Last week in Nashville, VibeIQ welcomed a phenomenal group of customers to our annual Customer Council—a two-day event focused on connection, candid dialogue, and shaping the future of product development and go-to-market technology in retail, footwear and apparel.
A Customer Council Built on Listening and Learning
The 2025 Council was designed around the idea that innovation happens best through shared experience and active collaboration. It was clear from the very first session: this group came ready to engage, challenge assumptions, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with VibeIQ.
Much of the structure and content for this year’s Council was informed by the incredible feedback from the 2024 event. With that guidance, the team doubled down on breakout discussions, peer-to-peer learning, and deeper product exploration.
Real Conversations. Real Momentum.
- Product Collaboration at Its Core. One of the most impactful sessions focused on smarter decision-making across the assortment lifecycle. The VibeIQ team presented several working hypotheses—and the customer community didn’t hold back. Honest feedback, validation, and challenges to our assumptions sparked rich discussions that are already influencing roadmap priorities.
- Peer-to-Peer Sharing. From emerging use cases to success stories and speed bumps, attendees were generous with their insights. The Council wasn’t just a platform for customer-to-company feedback—it became a hub for customer-to-customer learning.
- Breakout Discussions & Roundtables. Sessions on AI’s evolving role in merchandising and how to drive greater adoption of digital tools created space for smaller, more focused conversations. Each table surfaced new perspectives, and those readouts sparked further discussion among the group.



Nashville Moments That Made It Personal
Beyond the conference room, the Council created space for connection. A lively evening of dinner and entertainment in downtown Nashville reminded everyone that business transformation is also about relationships—and that the community around VibeIQ is as valuable as the platform itself.



Looking Ahead to 2026
The 2025 Customer Council reaffirmed something the VibeIQ team deeply believes: that the best way to build transformative technology is to build it alongside the people who use it every day.
We’re grateful to be working with a customer community that’s not only forward-thinking but willing to roll up their sleeves and co-create what’s next. Events like this one make it clear—we’re just getting started.
