Welcoming Mark Rudolph as Chief Revenue Officer at VibeIQ

We’re excited to welcome Mark Rudolph to VibeIQ as our new Chief Revenue Officer.

This is a big moment for us—not just because of the role itself, but because of what it represents. As we continue to grow and scale across retail, footwear, and apparel, we’re investing in the leadership needed to take VibeIQ into its next phase. Mark will play a critical role in helping us do exactly that.

Why Mark, Why Now

Mark brings deep experience building and scaling global go-to-market organizations for enterprise SaaS companies operating in complex industries. Most recently, he served as CRO at Wiser Solutions, where he led a global team spanning marketing, sales, customer success, and support.

During his time there, he worked closely with many of the world’s leading brands and retailers—helping them make better commercial decisions through real-time market intelligence across pricing, assortment, and competitive positioning.

That combination of experience—enterprise scale, retail domain knowledge, and a deep understanding of how to operationalize growth—is exactly what we need right now.

At VibeIQ, Mark will lead our global go-to-market organization, bringing together sales, marketing, and customer success with a focus on scaling growth while ensuring our customers continue to see meaningful outcomes from the platform.

Building for the Next Stage of Growth

A big part of Mark’s career has been helping companies transition from early traction to repeatable, predictable scale. That means building the systems and alignment needed to grow intentionally:

  • Clear positioning
  • Focused ICP targeting
  • Disciplined sales execution
  • Strong onboarding and time-to-value
  • And ultimately, real value realization for customers

Just as important, it’s about ensuring these functions operate as one aligned system—not as disconnected teams.
As Mark puts it:

“Much of my career has centered on helping companies move from early traction to sustainable scale. That requires building systems that allow an organization to grow predictably while ensuring every team—from marketing to sales to customer success—is aligned around delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.”

A Shared View of the Problem

What drew Mark to VibeIQ is something we talk about often internally: the problem we’re solving is real—and increasingly urgent.

Product companies today are operating in a very different environment than they were even a few years ago:

  • Shorter trend cycles
  • More SKUs
  • More channels
  • Greater demand volatility

And yet, many of the most important product decisions are still made using disconnected tools and workflows.

“Product companies today face enormous pressure,” Mark said. “Yet many of the most critical decisions are still managed through disconnected processes and spreadsheets.”

What stood out to him—and what continues to define our approach—is that VibeIQ is not just helping teams manage product data. We’re helping them orchestrate product decisions.

Why This Matters for Our Customers

In retail, footwear, and apparel, the product decision is everything.

Brands can have strong marketing, great distribution, and a compelling identity—but if the product assortment isn’t right, none of that matters.

That’s where VibeIQ comes in.

“What excites me most about VibeIQ is the opportunity to help companies move from slow, fragmented product processes to environments where teams can collaborate around shared information and make better decisions earlier in the lifecycle,” Mark said. “When that happens, brands don’t just move faster—they operate with much greater confidence in the products they bring to market.”

This is exactly the shift we’re enabling:

  • From fragmented → connected
  • From reactive → proactive
  • From data management → decision-making

Looking Ahead

The industry is changing quickly. Product companies are dealing with more complexity than ever—more data, more channels, and more pressure to get decisions right earlier in the lifecycle.

At the same time, many organizations are still relying on tools designed to record decisions—not to help teams make them together. That gap is what VibeIQ is built to solve. Mark’s arrival is an important step forward as we continue building the platform, the team, and the go-to-market engine needed to support that vision.

As Brian Lindauer, our CEO shared, “Mark brings exactly the type of leadership we need as VibeIQ enters its next stage of growth. His experience building and scaling high-performing go-to-market organizations will be instrumental as we expand our reach and continue helping brands make smarter product decisions earlier in the lifecycle.”

Welcome to the Team

Mark joins VibeIQ at an exciting time, alongside a growing leadership team and a rapidly expanding customer base.

We’re thrilled to have him on board—and even more excited about what we’ll build together.
